Classic Pattern, Modernized
Designed by outdoor/YouTube figure, James Harris. This vintage-inspired blade is influenced by traditional butcher knives from centuries ago. Drawing from the designs used by trappers, explorers, and cowboys, it features a thin stock, 3/32”, that excels in skinning and slicing. A medium-sized 4.75-inch high-carbon or stainless steel blade is plenty of steel for the camp kitchen. James chose an exposed pommel for added utility, providing an extra tool for pounding nuts or lightly hammering. The Snake Eater features a multi-grind edge—scandi for woodworking and flat for food prep and fishing—blending old-school design with outdoor practicality!
